Privacy notice

Your information and your choices

This notice explains how LMJ Bright Painting Services handles information through this website and painting inquiries made through its Google Ads lead form. You can explore the public website without creating an account or submitting a quote request.

Painting inquiries and contact permission

When you request a quote, LMJ receives the name, preferred contact method, phone number or email, project city, description and optional timing you submit. Estimator requests can also include an address, measurements, selected services, materials and project preferences. Color Studio choices are included when carried into your inquiry.

LMJ uses these details to respond, discuss the work, prepare an estimate, arrange a walkthrough and maintain project records. Website requests are saved in the lead-management system with an owner notification. The form’s contact permission covers that request; it does not enroll you in unrelated recurring marketing. Standard phone or message charges may apply.

Google Ads lead forms

If you request a quote inside a Google ad, the form asks for your name, phone number and project city. Google collects your response and makes it available to LMJ through Google Ads. Lead notifications are configured for LMJ’s authorized account email. LMJ uses the information to follow up about your painting request.

The Google form displays a contact disclosure and a link to this notice before you submit. Google also handles information under its own privacy policy.

Service providers and access

The website uses Cloudflare hosting and storage. Authorized LMJ account roles access inquiry and project records through the portal. Google provides advertising measurement and Google-hosted lead forms; Stripe processes payments. Account sign-in is handled through the website’s authentication provider.

These services process information needed for the features you use. Viewing a public page does not give other visitors access to your saved inquiry or account records.

Browser drafts and Color Studio photos

Some tools keep drafts and selections in your browser so you can return to them. Use the tool’s clear or remove controls, or your browser’s site-data controls, to remove local information. A browser may restore a tab’s draft when reopening it; use care on a shared device.

Photos chosen in Color Studio’s ‘Use my photo’ tool are processed on your device and kept in that tab’s local draft. The room scan does not upload the photo to LMJ. Studio share links and quote handoffs do not include the photo or wall outline; they can include selected colors and room-planning details. ‘Remove photo’ deletes the studio’s local photo draft.

Photos submitted for project review

Separate estimate or account features may let you upload project photos for LMJ review. Those submitted photos are stored with the estimate or project, with access limited by account roles and record ownership. This is different from keeping a photo in Color Studio.

Only share photos you are authorized to provide. Exclude identification documents, payment details, security codes, unrelated private information and people who have not agreed to be included. Photos support review; they do not replace an on-site inspection or determine exact measurements or final prices.

How you found LMJ

This browser tab may keep the public landing-page path and limited source, medium and campaign labels for up to 30 minutes. If you send a quote request, those labels are saved with the inquiry. These inquiry labels exclude full referring URLs and advertising click IDs. A link click is not recorded as a completed inquiry.

Advertising measurement

LMJ uses the Google tag and Google Ads conversion measurement on public inquiry journeys. Google may process cookies, device information and page interactions under its own privacy practices to measure advertising activity.

The website sends an estimate-request conversion event only after the request is successfully accepted. That event includes a request reference to help prevent duplicate counting; it does not include the name, phone number, email, address, notes or photos from the form. Call or Text button clicks are not sent as completed website estimate requests.

Google Ads can separately measure its hosted lead forms and qualifying calls from ads using call reporting. Tapping a call or text button is not proof that LMJ received a call or message. Review Google’s data practices and advertising controls using the links below.

Accounts, rewards and payments

Account features store the identity, business profile, customer and project records, estimates, invoices and payment or subscription status needed for the features you use. Rewards enrollment stores the details supplied for that program. Requested account and program messages are separate from unrelated marketing.

Stripe processes checkout and billing information. LMJ stores transaction references and payment status rather than complete card or bank-account numbers. Signing out helps protect your account on a shared device.

Employee location information

Authorized workforce accounts can submit device location, accuracy and time when the employee consents and clocks in or out for an assigned job. The timekeeping feature uses those records for attendance verification and management review; it does not request continuous off-duty location tracking.

Records, correction and deletion requests

Submitted inquiry, project and account records remain in the business system until removed through an applicable record-management process. Local browser drafts are separate from records already sent to LMJ. The website does not promise automatic deletion of every submitted record after a fixed period.

Contact LMJ to ask about submitted information or request a correction or deletion. Identity and record ownership may need to be verified before changes are made. Accounting, dispute-related or legal recordkeeping needs may limit deletion. Do not include sensitive identifiers or payment details in an ordinary inquiry.
