Veteran-owned company
Jedison Lux Morales, Owner
LMJ is a veteran-owned painting business providing direct phone and message access so customers can discuss the property, painting scope and preferred timing before scheduling.
Painting scope, clearly separated
LMJ provides painting and ordinary painting preparation such as cleaning, light sanding, paintable caulking and ordinary nail-hole filling when included in the written scope.
Drywall, carpentry, structural, electrical, plumbing, mold, water-damage and other construction or trade repairs are not represented as painting work and should be completed by an appropriate provider.
